Dr. Sonday Dentistry is a local business within a small local township called Ocean View. The dentistry has been in operation for nearly 20 years and started out with the local community members being the dentistry's only clients. However, over the years the dentistry has gradually expanded its client base, with clients as far as Fish Hoek. What makes Dr. Sonday Dentistry unique from its competitors is that they have established an environment whereby they give their clients an at home and personal touch feel. This means that clients can come to the dentistry to inquire more than just about dentistry, this makes their clients feel very comfortable to ask about anything. They emphasis on building customer relations, so they always interact and have a few minutes to chat with clients when they come in to make a booking.
